Steve is President and founder of zuback crc, an international executive and business coaching practice that provides creative and resourceful coaching to as CEOs, CMOs, CAOs, CTOs, COOs, and CFOs, other senior executives, emerging leaders/high-potential employees, key contributors, senior teams, entrepreneurs, and business owners. He develops powerful and effective leaders, teams, and businesses by focusing on leadership development, executive development, executive effectiveness, and succession. Steve assists organizations in developing: a more competitive and successful corporate culture; fulfilling their vision, mission, goals and aspirations; creating greater breadth and depth to the leadership capacity and capability; enhancing organizational effectiveness; and, achieving better results.
Prior to founding zuback×crc, Steve was Senior Vice President/Senior Consultant and executive coach for Lee Hecht Harrison, an international executive coaching and career management-consulting firm. There he helped create and delivered executive and career coaching services for executives and teams of executives in multiple industries. To Lee Hecht Harrison, Steve brought over twenty years of progressive and diverse experience as a senior human resources executive in large complex multi-site, multi-SBU, organizations ranging in size from 1,500 to 13,000 employees with revenues from $150 million to $1.0 billion. He is effective in union and non-union environments. Steve has created and delivered executive, organizational, and leadership development initiatives, and labor-relations programs, in addition to other human resources and organizational development endeavors, for over 30 years.
