Prior to founding zuback×crc, Steve was Senior Vice President/Senior Consultant and executive coach for Lee Hecht Harrison, an international executive coaching and career management-consulting firm. There he helped create and delivered executive and career coaching services for executives and teams of executives in multiple industries. To Lee Hecht Harrison, Steve brought over twenty years of progressive and diverse experience as a senior human resources executive in large complex multi-site, multi-SBU, organizations ranging in size from 1,500 to 13,000 employees with revenues from $150 million to $1.0 billion. He is effective in union and non-union environments. Steve has created and delivered executive, organizational, and leadership development initiatives, and labor-relations programs, in addition to other human resources and organizational development endeavors, for over 30 years.
